Guided fly fishing boats on the Spokane
Remnant fishing weir.
Summit e-Cyclery was recently formed to build and/or rent custom normal bikes as well as e-Cycles. We are located directly on the Centennial Trail within the Opportunity Zone of the City of Spokane, (https://parks.state.wa.us/487/Centennial-Trail). The Centennial Trail is connected to hundreds of miles of single-track trails along the Spokane River gorge.
Steve Thompson (left) is a U.S. Army veteran with over 50 years of experience in welding, mechanical, and construction trades. Dr. Fred Kirschner is the founder and has worked in the environmental field as senior scientist for AESE, Inc. for more than 40 yrs, representing Native American governments during cleanups of Superfund Sites. We met on the trail and are strong supporters of the movement away from fossil fuels, are investors in Tesla and other green companies, and see e-Cycles as being central to this movement--especially in urban areas. We also support “one-wheels” and e-Unicycles as well as other electric means of locomotion. In summary, we are two elderly individuals that have ridden and repaired bikes and motor cycles since we were paper boys in the late 1960’s.
We take pride in any service provided, whether we retrofit your bike with a new electric motor and controls, sell you a recycled bike that is fully ready to attack e-riding the hills, or just give you a hand on your journey repairing your bike/car/truck/etc. Please stop-in, pump up your tires, true your wheels, and tell us a new story. We always have a fresh pot of coffee brewing. Treats from Auntie Kim’s garden are available depending on the season—Please do not share with Mildred, Doris, Lulu, or Sally, the resident free-ranging chicken.
